( you need to bring a picture for the visa ) the main problem is that the bus to UdomXai is at 12 from The Bus station. So if you don't want to spend a night In Muang Ngeun ( It is not so bad thing ) you Should pass the border in the morning. by bus \ Sawngthaew a bus from Udomxai a bus from Pak beng Get around you can go around by foot ( anyway you don't have a choice.. ) See They are few tempels in the viliges As the temples in Muang Ngeun are Tai Lue, they have long banners hanging from the rafters, & a set of wooden weapons on either side of the altar (either on the floor or placed high up in the rafters).
