Kleparz is a part of Krakow in Poland. It is in the district Centrum north of the Old Town.


Kleparz was founded by Casimir the Great in 1366 as a town of its own around the older St. Florian Church. So it also was calles Florencja or latin Clepardia. There are a lot of fine 19th century hospital biuldings (especially along the Dluga Street - a lot of fine shops), two mediviael Market Squares, two beautiful churches, the railway and bus station, a park, a museums (ul. Biskupia), a cinema (ul. Biskupia) and the town offices in this part of town. If you would like to combine your stay in Krakow with a dental visit, the Eurodent at ul. Biskupia can be recommended.
