Kitty Hawk [1] is in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Kitty Hawk of Outer Banks has a lot to offer for vacationers as well as people looking to see history sites. Kitty Hawk, North Carolina is the home of the first flight, by plane, which took place in 1903 by the Wright Brothers. Kitty Hawk is filled with nice beaches, beautiful condo's and houses, The Wright Brothers Museum, restaurants, bars, as well as much more. There is a lot to do for all people of all ages and interests here.

The Norfolk International Airport is only 1 hour and 30 minutes away. It is right off the highway and an easy drive to the Outer Banks and Kiity Hawk. You can also check flights into Newport News. That drive would be about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Pitt-Greenville is about three hours away.
