Xanthos (Turkish: Ksantos, [1]) was an ancient Lycian city now in Antalya Province, southern Turkey.

Xanthos was the capital of Lycia, a federation in what is now Turkey's southwestern coast.

Together with Letoon, which was a religious centre lying 4 km to the south, Xanthos is a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1988.

Both sites lie close to each other and close to D400 highway. The nearest main centres are Fethiye to north and Kalkan to south.
