Islands is a region in the Cape Cod region of Massachusetts that includes Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, and the town of Gosnold. Gosnold is very sparsely populated and is comprised of the Elizabeth Islands, all of which are privately owned except for one. Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket are very popular tourist destinations.

On Martha's Vineyard:

  • Nantucket - The town of Nantucket is co-extensive to the island of the same name.
  • Gosnold - The public portion of these islands is on Cuttyhunk Island.
