Route Day 1: Hialeah to Fort Myers, Florida Hialeah → Miami Lakes → Pembroke Pines → Weston → Andytown → Miles City → Naples → Bonita Springs → Fort Myers From Miad Circle in Miami International Airport, turn right onto NW 20th Street. After 500 feet, turn right again onto Perimeter Road/NW 12th Street. Stay on Perimeter Road/NW 12th Street for about one and a half miles and then turn left onto North Red Road. After 200 feet, merge onto Dolphin Expressway/State Road 836. Stay on the Dolphin Expressway for 1.5 miles and then exit north onto Palmetto Expressway/Florida 826. About 3/5 of I-75 from Hialeah through Fort Myers---The Alligator Alley---runs through the Big Cypress Nature Preserve. After entering Fort Myers, take exit 131 onto Daniels Parkway towards Cape Coral. Stay on Daniels Parkway for 4 miles and then turn left onto South Tamiami Trail. After a mile, turn right onto Gladiolus Drive and stay on it for 2 miles. Then, turn left onto San Carlos Boulevard. After 4 miles, turn right onto Estero Boulevard and then right again onto Old San Carlos Boulevard. On the corner of Old San Carlos Boulevard and 2nd Street is Harbour House At The Inn. Day 2: Fort Myers to Tampa, Florida Fort Myers → Punta Gorda → Port Charlotte → Venice → Sarasota → Bradenton → Brandon → Tampa Retrace your steps back to Interstate 75. The drive to Tampa takes about 2 1/2 hours. You will pass through the cities of Port Charlotte and Sarasota, as well as several other towns. After about 150 miles, take exit 256 to Tampa onto Lee Roy Selmon Expressway/Florida 618/Crosstown Expressway. Stay on the Expressway for 6 miles and then take exit 9 onto North 22nd Street. About 1/2 mile later, turn left onto County Road 574/East 7th Avenue. At the intersection of East 7th Avenue and North 14th Street is the Hampton Inn and Suites.
