Ballarat to Skipton railtrail

A 46km route for cycling or horseriding from Ballarat to Skipton. A shuttle bus occasionally operates the return route, sponsored by Bicycle Victoria.

The trail starts in the outskirts of Ballarat where Ring Rd crosses the railway. The total distance is 53km to Skipton.

It passes through the town of Linton about 2/3 of the way to Skipton, which has food and supplies.
