Forestville is a city in Sonoma County, located in Northern California. Set in the heart of "wine country", it is a small town with one major street running through it and no stoplights.

Get in

The largest nearby airports are San Francisco International (SFO) and Oakland (OAK). Horizon air recently resumed commercial airtravel from the Charles Shultz airport (STS) in Santa Rosa, with daily flights to Los Angeles, Seattle, Portland and Las Vegas. Diving there, most people use Highway 116.

Get around

The Forestville Youth Park has a playground area and picnic tables for day use, along with three baseball fields and a soccer field. In the beginning of June, the town has a parade through main street that ends at the park where a weekend carnival/festival is set up featuring live music, food, shopping booths and carnival rides.

  • Mosaic Restaurant & Wine Lounge, 6675 Front Street Forestville, +1 (707)887-7503, [1]. Small, intimate and very romantic, but also the best food I've had in years. Try Chef/Owner Tai Olesky's Tasting Menu; you won't be disappointed, just full!

The Forestville Club is the only bar in town and has live music on the weekends.
