Vlissingen is a port town or city in Zeeland. It is sometimes referred to in English as Flushing.
This is more of a industrial type town and is connected by a large canal to [Middelburg]] and onwards to the inland lake Veerse Meer.
Vlissingen is connected to the rest of the Netherlands by a rail link via Middelburg.
