Fast CarFerry from Zealand or with bus connection from Copenhagen.Total travel time 3 hours. Air from Copenhagen to Tirstrup airport near Århus city. Reached by car with a short detour from main highway between Århus and Ålborg.

Just out of town,5 km. are 2 good hotels, Molskroen and Vægtergården, both well located by the sea and close to Mols Bjerge for hiking and biking. Area may soon Danetour 16:34, 18 March 2007 (EDT)be designated by the government, to be a National Park.

Excellent camping facilities on beach, within walking distance of town center.
