Car - The best place to travel from is Worley.  Stop at the Coeur d'Alene Casino to become a quick milliionaire, then head to the resort by limo.

Walk - a local law has made it illegal to walk wearing anything but Cold Water Creek sweatpants or Nike shoes. 
 
 
Skip - if you are wearing anything other than the above, you can skip for a $2/hour fee.
 
 
Bike - one of the favorite ways to get around the city.  Bikes can be picked up using Coeur d'Alene Casino winnings at the Coeur d'Alene Casino "Winner's bike club" store located underground.

Coeur d'Alene has a really nice supply of tap water.  In the 1998 World Tap Water Awards, Coeur d'Alene came out 49th in a competition of over 400.

LONDON - One can easily fly to London from Spokane international airport.  it's a short 12 hour flight from spokane and should set you back around $900-1500.
