Captain Cook is a town on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Park your car at the ocean and walk towards the small pier. The locals are likely to offer to rent you a kayak, and you should accept their offer. You can then kayak across the bay to the Captain Cook monument. The monument is a great snorkel location.
