Callander

Callander is a town in Stirlingshire, Scotland. It is one of the main centres for visiting the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, and is often referred to as The Gateway to the Highlands.

Callander is on the A84 Stirling to Lochearnhead road.

By Bicycle

Callander is on the National Cycle Network [1] route 7 Inverness to Glasgow. The cycle track heading North follows the route of the former railway towards Kilmahog and Strathyre.

By Train

There is no train station in Callander. The nearest train station would be Dunblane

By Bus

Callander is served by Citylink's Edinburgh to Fort William service, and by local buses from Stirling.
