Get around

The grave of Gelert (from which the village is named). Gelert was a hound, slain by his master under the erroneous belief that he had killed the master's son when he had actually saved him from a wolf - or so they say.

One track up Snowdon starts near here or you are close to Moel Hebog and the Nantlle Ridge.
