One is Wizzard Beach (1.2 km from town) and the other one is Red Frog Beach (~ 1 hour walking) good waves, spearfishing, surfing, snorkeling, diving, beautiful rocks and little islands, and many more beautiful sights. so many things to do. hidden beaches, and then a random bar at the end of red frog. peace and quiet. Do There is a PADI dive centre on Bastimentos called The Dutch Pirate [1](PADI Store no S 21308) which has cheap prices for Open Water/Advanced certifications, Discover Scuba Diving experience and fun dives. Walk up to the Coffee Shop Up in the Hill and have a great coffee/tea/etc. while reading/changing a book and enjoying the calm environment and the nice views. Definently recommend this. get some brownies and truffles. theres a book store here to. wonderful family runs it. Buy Eat There are several restaurants in town. -yellow jack hostel has a restaurant. yari is the cook and she cooks excellent food. ricardo and manu the owners catches fresh fish daily. if you don't eat here, then go to these below. -the thai restaurant up in the hills is amazing. under 6$ for a meal. corey and his wife from thailand run it. -roots. excellent chicken,pork, and beef. -zach Drink Not so much for going out here.
