This region is mainly constituted by vineyards of circumscriptions of Anadia, Cantanhede, Mealhada and Oliveira do Bairro. From East to West it starts in the base of [[Caramulo]] and [[Bucaco]] mountains and goes until the the Littoral sands of the Atlantic.
