Österlen is a part of the Swedish historical province of Skåne. The town Simrishamn is situated in Österlen.
You can get to Österlen via Malmö-Sturup Airport or Copenhagen international Airport.

There is also a museum-railroad in the north of the region, but it is active during sundays in the summer.
