Progress in general[Redigera]
The progress is slow, but steady.
Currently, we have 425 registered users. Out of these 452, about 30 are regarded as more or less automatically generated spam accounts. These have all been blocked from further use. If we estimate the number of users to about 420, we get a net increase of 70 users since our last report in december 2007. A couple of new users have turned out to be really dedicated, so there is hope!
Focus since last report[Redigera]
We have mainly worked on adding contents to the different guides. The statistics show the increase in number of articles, so we won't enter that here... There has been a certain focus on geocoding, i e providing our guides with map coordinates.´That work continues.
Focus during the next month[Redigera]
Adding contents, basically. There has been som attention from the local (and international) newspaper Metro, and it seemed to increase the number of edits temporarily.
Well, the ads are here to stay and it is OK. A new MWI (message waiting indicator) wouild be nice - the blinking red dot seems to be too small and does not attract the users as much as we'd want to.
Everything works fine - we want more users, but we know they're coming.
