[edit] Policies copied over

I copied over most of the policies from EN that were revelant to the Shared site. I also customized a Shared Welcome message.

Further more instead of most of the policy links being something like: "Wikitravel_Shared:policy" I think the policy pages for Shared should be exactly the same as they are on EN: "Wikitravel:policy." - Sapphire 01:27, 25 May 2006 (EDT)
