[edit] Server upgrade to MediaWiki 1.8.3

I've upgraded the wikitravel.org server to MediaWiki 1.8.3. It's a security patch to our previous version, 1.8.2, and although we don't use the feature that needed the patch, I figured it was a good idea to upgrade anyways... just in case.

I'm going to be upgrading to the new MediaWiki 1.9 version next week, but that's a considerably bigger change and is going to require a lot more testing. --Evan 16:45, 12 January 2007 (EST)
