[edit] Copyrights and model releases

Hi Heiko,

Thanks for the awesome photographs you've been uplodading, but... we have a few small problems. Did you realize by uploading your images you've released them under CC-by-SA 1.0?

Also, you need a model release for all images with people that can be identified. A model release will be you told the you asked the "subject" for permission to take their photograph, to publish it for both non-commercial and commercial purposes. Do you have any such model releases? If so, I need you go back through every image (i.e. Image:Bahinni_(Schwesterchen).JPG) and state the at you have a model release.

If you don't we need to delete the images because they put you and potentially others at risk of legal action. Thanks for the help! Don't let this discourage you... we all make mistakes. -- Sapphire • (Talk) • 16:00, 20 March 2007 (EDT)

Hello!

Thank you for the images you've uploaded[1]. But I had to add them to Votes for deletion page, because I could not confirm their license and a model release is not provided.
