Syntax: {{insert|article|talk page}}

The parameter for the talk page is not obligatory. If not stated, the talk page link will point to the talk page for the article in which the template is used.

Example:

  • {{insert|Village}} = insert the information in the article Village, discuss on the talk page of this article
  • {{insert|Village|Talk:Town}} = insert the information in the article Village, discuss on Talk:Town
