Tech:Weather

I noticed that one important section is missing in Wikitravel: a description of the seasonal weather, e.g. the weather for each month, perhaps with rain/sunshine forecast diagrams. And perhaps an additional Sub-section would be nice, which contains a textual description of tips on where to go and what to do depending on the season. e.g. Costa Rica has two coast lines and depending on the season one is preferable over the other.. Additional links to current weather in each location (if someone wants to travel next week..) could be helpful too.
