Tech:Watching all the articles within a region

I think that this question has been asked a while ago, but anyway...
Now that we have the really good Breadcrumb navigation (IsIn) working, is it possible to use this to "watch" all the articles within a region eg. en:Sicily? DanielC 08:13, 23 February 2006 (EST)
- This is basically now possible using the related changes link from the toolbox on the left sidebar (e.g., en:Special:Recentchangeslinked/Sicily). It's different in that it doesn't watch all articles further down the breadcrumb hierarchy, but it does enable watching of everything that's linked from the page—so that's all pages on the next tier down of the hierarchy.
