Tech:Use of Common.css and Common.js

Japanese version wants to use JavaScript and CSS to replace list marker with icon for list item in the "In other languages" box. Related discussion, trial code and test result on my local pc are here. → en:Wikitravel talk:Destination of the Month candidates#Icons into sidebar?

By using MediaWiki:Common.css and MediaWiki:Common.js, language versions can localize the text in title attribute as a tooltip by their own language. Please enable MediaWiki:Common.css and MediaWiki:Common.js to work. -- Tatata 00:31, 29 July 2007 (EDT)

It seems this was enabled for :ja, but should be enabled for all language versions – cacahuate talk 20:46, 25 June 2009 (EDT)
Common.css seems to be enabled on all language versions now. But Common.js is not enabled any language versions. -- Tatata 22:49, 25 June 2009 (EDT)
