Tech:SQL or XML Dumps for Offline Browsing

Wikipedia offers free copies of all content to interested users. These databases can be used for mirroring, personal use, informal backups, or database queries.
I am presently building an off-line browser of wikitravel for use on my laptop and a separate one for my mobile, for browsing when I don't have internet access. It would be useful if a dump of wikitravel was available on the site (maybe something that updates once or twice a week?).
