Tech:Remove add listing links from region, country, and huge city articles

"Add listing" links should be suppressed in Region, Country, and Huge City articles. Such articles are identifiable via RDF tags: en:Template:Regionguide and en:Template:Countryguide.
Huge City pages are not currently tagged as such, but it would be easy to add a new RDF "hugecityguide" tag to them, and we should do so if we figure out how to satisfy this feature request. --Peter Talk 22:14, 20 June 2012 (EDT)
