Navigating to an article via redirect causes side effects on some (or all?) RDF features. E.g., if I go by Narva (a redirect) to Category:Narva, then I see neither "related pages" on the left sidebar nor the "Europe : Eastern Europe : Estonia : Ida-Virumaa : Narva" line under the caption. Both Template:Related and Template:IsIn use the abilities of RDF.

That's interesting, this actually explains a lot of different bugs we've been seeing. This also causes the docent templates and mapstraction features to break. --Peter ^Talk 13:56, 21 March 2008 (EDT)

Always when I navigate via redirect (in Wikitravel Shared and on Russian Wikitravel).

This also happens often on pages which have characters at the end of their url like periods. → Tech:D.C. has problems (on Wikitravel too) --Peter ^Talk 13:56, 21 March 2008 (EDT)

All RDF features (Template:Related and Template:IsIn in this example) should work even when we are going by redirect.

I use redirects for Category:Narva and Category:Ivangorod because Template:Related works only with articles in main namespace.
