When logging in with username.openid.org, I get an ASP.NET stack trace with the main error: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." I believe it is from JanRain's C# OpenID library as I am testing with the same library and my website also pukes like this. I don't know if it is an issue with JanRain or with openid.org.

Guessing a bug in JanRain's library or OpenID.org's site or a bit of both.
