Tech:Feedback for articles

Could wikitravel not have a feedback console for each article, giving people the ability to leave feedback for each article, giving plus points or points of improvement? which could then be followed upon, or praise for the article, i often read articles and feel guilty that the person who spent time and effort creating the article is not getting thanks for his or her for thier gratious work.

It's always been my understanding that, for a wiki, feedback console = talk page. I'm tempted to close this feature request, but if others would object, please state your reasons within the next 2 weeks–month. --Peter ^Talk 01:37, 20 March 2008 (EDT)
