I cannot move Category:Edmonton (Alberta) to Category:Edmonton.

[edit] When it happens

Whenever I click the move button and then fill in everything and then click move page it just says Error Error: could not submit form and Source or destination title is of a special type; cannot move pages from and into that namespace. I have tried multiple things but don't know what to do. Edmontonenthusiast 22:00, 24 November 2008 (EST).
