Tech:Docent tag doesn't handle non-latin scripts

I want to register as a docent for en:Wuhan but my user ID is causing problems. Pashley added himself as a test and it works, but with my user ID there — either in characters or in the raw codes for the characters — the docent code just overlooks me. --Michael 06:33, 16 May 2006 (EDT)
