Tech:Choosing what you want to print

I think the printable version of an article can be much more useful if one could be able to choose what contents to print, i.e, if I´m travelling to San Francisco, maybe I want to print the different districts and sights (and avoid the photos, for the sake of my inkjet! XD) but not the weather table or how to get there because i already know...

Making use of the index in the article one could select what Contents wants to print. Unsigned comment by 81.47.192.179 (talkcontribs) .

I agree, this would be awesome. At the very least we should have a preference maybe where you can turn off the printing of images unless/until we can be more specific. I honestly think the whole print feature should be overhauled beyond this... the layout could be a lot more efficient and take up less pages for one. It's pretty silly the way it prints right now imo. I suppose here is where Jani comes in with a link to WTP though. – cacahuate talk 11:40, 13 May 2008 (EDT)
I'll pitch in here too. Wikipedia has a printing tool... time for wikitravel to get one too?!--195.230.115.10 10:14, 8 June 2010 (EDT)
