I think we should adopt the editing buttons and bottom characterchart (even customized) ASAP from Wikipedia. It is difficult for those not familiar with wiki markup language.

You have to explain to me the difference between this bug and Tech:Edit toolbar cannot be turned on. Is the title just wrong, and you're asking about the CharInsert extension, or is there something else wrong with the toolbar? --Evan 23:14, 22 October 2006 (EDT)
