What happens[edit]

Trying to edit as an anonymous user. It reports me blocked but displays a different IP address than mine. Reports the IP blocked by Cjensen, block 277 IP:172.16.253.210. Doesn't match up with block log. (See below under Additional Comments)

I have the same problem, but it also blocks me as 2old, this problem is on english wilitravel. There are also two pages of changes onthe IP page that I did not make. 2old 11:59, 21 February 2008 (EST)

now

What should happen[edit]

should let me edit

How to fix it[edit]

This was fixed by removing the last user block which was against the referenced IP address.

Unfortunately there still is the problem of all anonymous users being assigned that address regardless of what the actual IP address is. Whoops..my bad.. now OK. OldPine 15:46, 21 February 2008 (EST)

Additional comments[edit]

I notice that the IP address when I reported this (before logging in) was given as IP:172.16.253.210 (below). That somehow was tagged to me and was not the IP which I was using at the time. --OldPine 12:47, 21 February 2008 (EST)

The new caching set-up has resolved this issue.JuCo 19:37, 20 March 2008 (EDT)
