Tech:Automatic creation of new section headings for VFD

I tried to tweak en:Template:Vfd so that a link on it would autogenerate a new section named after the article to be nuked, but I couldn't find a way of doing this (eg. section=new&title=VFD#Newname doesn't work). Is this possible? Jpatokal 06:33, 28 January 2007 (EST)
