Public Domain works are especially useful as anyone can reuse them for any purpose. They therefore are clearly compatible with our copyleft and can be used on Wikitravel.

Some especially generous governments, be they national, subnational, or municipal, release all of their work into the Public Domain, which allows us to use their content.
