Map of the UK containing:
- UK (+Isle of Man and Channel Islands) borders, with parts of Ireland and France.
- Constituent country (ie England, Scotland, Wales and N. Ireland) borders.
- Country region borders.
- County borders.
- Important cities, towns and villages for each level (from UK-wide to county level)
- UK rail network, with colour coded lines for the different operator, separated into major and minor routes.
- Major and minor ferry routes
- UK Motorway network
- Major UK airports
- National Parks and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (National Scenic Areas in Scotland).
The svg file is best edited using Inkscape, as the various levels of detail are kept separate in layers which (as far as I know) other programs can't handle.
