Continuing the get-together tradition the 2008 Wikitravel Get-together is aimed at getting as many fellow Wikitravellers to travel to some far off and exotic locale where they party away the nights and sight-see away the days.

If you have an idea for a place that Wikitravellers can get-together at, simply create a Get-together/2008 nominee/place name. (See: Get-together/2008 nominee/Warsaw as an example.)
Be sure to argue why your nominee should win, but also include some practical information (such as example air fare, average prices of hotels, restaurants, etc.) that will help others decide if they should vote for that destination.
