- Done! Administrators can edit the sidebar at ja:MediaWiki:Sidebar. Each entry has a MediaWiki: key for the page and title, so editing ja:MediaWiki:Shared-url will change the page name linked to, and ja:MediaWiki:Shared-title will change the text of the link. Would you mind if I nominated you for sysop status on de: and en:? I hate patrolling your edits since they're all excellent and don't need patrolling, but I don't like the red exclamation mark (!) next to edits so I end up patrolling them. Anyhow, since you also revert vandalism it might be nice to give you a revert/delete button when you come across some vandalism. Thanks. Hello Episteme, as you are one of the proud few участники on Russian Wikitravel, I wanted to alert you to the fact that the Russian version will be launching soon and is beginning to develop content. If you are willing and able to help, I would much appreciate any contributions! --Peter

Please don't delete these pages; protect them instead.
To demystify these pages, do the following:
- Launch Internet Explorer 6
- Log in to the Russian Wikitravel
- Click "Peterfitzgerald" or "my talk" in the topmost navigation links
And you should be guided to these weird pages, not your real user pages.
This is a known problem of Wikitravel and/or IE6 and happens in Wikitravel language versions where the "Special:" namespace is localized into a non-Latin script (i.e. Japanese, Russian, Hebrew and Hindi, to date).
We Japanese Wikitravel users have experienced this problem for a couple of years and have seen many users try to create or edit these bogus pages instead of their real user pages in vain [1]. Thus we decided to create (and protect) two dummy pages (ǹå¥:Mypage and ǹå¥:Mytalkpage) to save pitiful users. I hope this should also apply to ru:, he: and hi:. --Episteme 2007年8月30日 07:13 (JST)

Epistemeさん、こんにちは。
ウィキトラベルでのログイン状態が続かない件で、IB社のKevinSoursさんが対応を検討中です。ご指摘の問題がOpenIDでのログインかどうか（"Episteme feature"と言う言葉が有った位だからOpenIDだとは思いますが...）と、検討中の対応方法（OpenIDに"remember me"オプションを付けること）へのKevinSoursさんの懸念について、shared:Tech:Users who log in don't stay logged in#What should happenの方へご意見を頂けないでしょうか。お手数ですが、宜しくお願いします。 -- Tatata 2007年10月17日 11:10 (JST)
