Wikitravel:Table of contents location

On 6 June 2006, Evan announced a modification on Wikitravel's user interface (UI). The Table of Contents (TOC) that used to appear on the body of most articles has been moved from the "content area" to the left navigation bar.

This has raised a series of concerns by Wikitravellers and is being discussed on this article's talk page.
