Wikitravel:How to describe yourself
From Wikitravel
Once you are a registered as a Wikitraveller, it's smart to tell about yourself so other contributors find it easier to communicate with you (and even ask for your help sometimes).
Normally wikitravellers write:
- where they live,
- what languages they speak
- frequently, what countries they have visited before;
- how other contributors can contact them between their visits to Wikitravel--for example, to clarify their contributions (if they would like to be available for them).
Also it would help others if you list yourself in Wikitravel:List of Wikitravellers by location.
If you feel like you have a really good knowledge of a specific region, consider becoming a docent for that destination, so others can ask questions not covered in the article yet.
