[edit] Security upgrade

We had a problem with a spambot attack last night, but thanks to some tireless Wikitravellers most of the damage has been reverted.

I've upgraded our copy of MediaWiki to keep us from having the (exact same) problem again (see Special:Version), and our spam filter now has the URLs from the bot.
