[edit] Scheduled work complete

The work that was scheduled for tonight (my time) is now complete. It had very little editor-visible effect, but was a big help for future upgrades. Our 5 language versions were using 5 different installations of MediaWiki. They now use one installation, with very small local customization files. This should make future upgrades faster and more reliable. Thanks for your patience.
