[edit] SORBS blocker disabled

The 1.4.x versions of MediaWiki have a check to see if the originating IP for an HTTP request is in the SORBS anti-spam database. I've disabled that check based on requests from a couple of big contributors. I think our own anti-Wiki-spam provisions are working pretty well, and I don't think we need this. If we get swamped with spam, I'll turn it back off again. --Evan 09:53, 30 May 2005 (EDT)
