Villa Las Estrellas is the only civilian settlement in Antarctica located on King George Island just off the tip of the Antarctic Peninsula

The settlements population range from 120 in summer to about 80 during the arctic winter. Mostly a supply hub for diffrent reaserch bases around the continent this rare-visited town at the end of civilization do have civilian activity too.

Flights arrive at Teniente R. Marsh Airport, mostly from the city of Punta Arenas. There are also flights to other reaserch bases around the continent. Prices are high and the number of flights are very limited.
