There is no international airport in Vendee. You can either land near Nantes or La Rochelle. Ryanair offers cheap flights from London to La Rochelle.

The main train station is in La Roche-sur-Yon.
From Paris, there are two daily high speed trains (TGV). Other than these, you'll have to connect through Nantes.
From Nantes, you have frequent regional trains (TER) services.

The A83 highway, which is connected to A11 to Paris and to A10 to Bordeaux, crosses Vendee.
