Hi Vagary! My name is Kira, and I'm one of the co-founders of WikiOutdoors and a fairly long-time contributor to Wikitravel. In the last couple of months, we've been building a cooperation between the two projects, and I just stumbled upon your questions about where to put hiking trail information in Wikitravel.
