Ireland - flights
Thanks for adding your voice to the Ireland debate. Yes, you were correct that articles on Wikitravel are designated according to travelers needs, not from the prospective of an official position. In this regard, you might find this info of interest: Wikitravel:The traveller comes first. Anyway, slowly you'll learn the differences between Wikitravel and Wikipedia, and if you need any help, please feel free to ask. Take it easy. WindHorse 08:53, 2 July 2007 (EDT)
How are you doing?
Hey, how are you doing? Are you managing to navigate yourself through the system? Let me know if you need any help. WindHorse 12:22, 3 July 2007 (EDT)
Hello The.Q. Sorry about the delayed response, I've been on a road trip around the rural South and haven't had any internet access. I'm very glad to see your comments on Talk:Republic of Ireland#Irish hierarchy revisited, as I hadn't been able to provoke any discussion for about a month! I will take your endorsement (and the remaining resounding silence) as license to implement the new scheme. Could you leave me a message detailing which cities you think should be put on the map? I'm very familiar with only the Shannon and Southwest regions (where my family comes from). Lastly, I'm also hard at work on Chicago#Districts right now, so I will be a bit slow about adding content to new Irish regions. In the next few days I will set up a structure and move content from existing regions to the new ones, but I would be quite grateful if you were to flesh out the new region articles, if you are interested. Thanks! --Peter Talk 16:44, 6 July 2007 (EDT)
Hello again. I have noticed that pages you edit somehow gain numbered section headers. I'm not even sure what is causing this, but it goes against our Wikitravel:Manual of style and in any rate it looks strange to see ==2 Cities== when there are in fact 9. Just a heads up :) --Peter Talk 12:56, 12 July 2007 (EDT)
Thanks for adding the latest info to the Ireland article, but we've decided to totally split off Northern Ireland onto a separate article, and the Ireland article will be for the republic only. Take a look at the discussion: Talk:Ireland# Going a bit too far?. I hope the decision meets with your approval. Anyway, I'm just letting you know before you add any more info about the north. Take it easy. WindHorse 07:54, 13 July 2007 (EDT)
