Well, actually we don't have any sort of policy on subsection headers, and we've historically granted a fair amount of latitude to contributors to work this out for themselves (since different cities have different needs). The New York (city) article's subsections probably are a bit too unorthodox, but in the meantime, I think the souvenirs section is fine. At least, the advice was good faith and helpful, and should be worked back into the buy section. --Peter ^Talk 13:13, 26 March 2008 (EDT)
